Nomad Pads Operations SAPI de CV ("Nomad Pads," "we," "us," or "our") operates a marketplace that connects tenants with furnished medium-term rentals in Mexico City and helps property owners reach those renters.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade your data for advertising networks or unrelated marketing lists. We use the information you provide to run the Service and to link you with a relevant property and the other party to a potential rental.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to these practices. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information you provide. Name, email, phone, preferred neighborhoods, budget, move-in dates, messages about listings, owner property details, photos/videos you upload, documents needed for a rental inquiry, and currency preference.

Account information. If you sign in with Google or email/password, we store account identifiers, role (tenant, owner, or admin), and profile details you choose to save.

Automatically collected information. We may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences (e.g. display currency), and understand how the site is used.

We use personal information only as needed to:

• Match you with property. Show relevant listings, route inquiries to the right owner, and facilitate messaging about availability and next steps
• Create and secure your account; show dashboards for tenants and owners
• Respond to support requests and send transactional emails (confirmations, replies, assignment notices)
• Improve listings, search/filters, and site reliability
• Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to build third-party advertising profiles or sell access to your contact details.

Sharing is limited to operating the marketplace. We may share information with:

• The other party to a match — for example, sharing a tenant inquiry (name, contact, dates, preferences) with the listing owner, or sharing owner/listing replies with the tenant, so both sides can evaluate a stay
• Service providers who host our database, send email, store media, authenticate users, or provide maps — under agreements that limit use to providing services to us
• Professional advisors (e.g. counsel) under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers for their independent commercial use.

Depending on your location, we process personal data based on: your consent; steps toward or performance of a rental-related request; our legitimate interests in operating a secure matching platform; and legal compliance.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, complete a match or support thread, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures (including access controls for admin tools) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nomad Pads is based in Mexico. If you access the Service from outside Mexico, your information may be processed in Mexico or other countries where we or our providers operate.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based.

You can stop promotional emails via unsubscribe links where offered. Transactional messages about your account, inquiry, or match may still be sent.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can delete it.

Listings and pages may link to third-party sites (maps, payment apps, etc.). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or a notice on the Service.
