San Rafael is an underrated pocket just north of Roma and west of the historic center — wide art deco avenues, mature trees, and a slower residential rhythm. It's less Instagram-famous than Condesa but increasingly popular with creatives and remote workers who want space and value. El Salvador and Serapio Rendón are the main commercial strips; Reforma is a short walk away. Good metro access without feeling touristy.
